User study: A tour of North American newsrooms
In the spring of 2019, I toured 8 newsrooms on behalf of The Trust Project, conducting hour-long interviews with publishers, editors and digital content producers from various media outlets to better understand the implementation of the Trust Indicators, its schema mark-up and the importance of truth, trustworthiness, ethics and verification in the era of digital journalism. Interviews were recorded and findings were summarized with recommendations for improvement.
